I don't know anymore

These kinds of things are somewhat hard for me because it's sometimes hard for me to think of what to say. I was diagnosed with depression about 2 years ago though I believe I've been depressed for quite a bit longer. i dont know what to do anymore

idk i have always delt with feeling like this i would go throw times where i cant even get dressed or out of bed and the reson im geting on here is because i cant control it any more and i dont know what to do i have looked at meny sits and tryed the free clinic and they wont help what do i do
