Life out of control

My life is slowly spinning out of control and I think it is due to depression and addiction. I was diagnosed with depression about 20 years ago after the birth of my thrid child. What should I do Now?

I have been realy sick these past few months, been to the gastronologist had all these test done, only to be told its all stress related from work, and that if I valued my life I would look for a less stressful job.I take xanex, cause i have tinnitus (constant ringing in my ears), that I cant take half the time, cause I drive along way to work and...
