Depression can be triggered by several different factors, one of which is the different seasons. If your moods change depending on the season, then there is a possibility you have seasonal affective disorder, a type of depression. Simple tests exist to evaluate the symptoms, such as your feelings and thoughts, and determine whether you are suffering from seasonal depression.
