Last October
Hi All Last October 2007, I listened to a audio book called "The Secret". I learned many wonderful things from it. The one thing I wish I hadn't learned was that everyone can control there depression. No need for meds! Not true for me. What can I tell my family to make them understand?
I have reached the point in my depression where I feel so worthless that I can't even seem to bring myself to go get the help I know I need. Its as if I don't deserve to get better. Trying Pamelor
I am just 37 and feel as though I am 90. I have chronic pain from my neck and back I have degenerative disc disease and neuropathy. I have 2 kids ages 14 and 6, it is very hard to do normal activities with them.
