Im feeling it beginning now that evening is approaching, oh i hate this, i just want to leave work and relax and feel content and peaceful, instead im anxious and depressed but i dont know why???? how can I get motivated?

Why is it that some days/weeks I can't even get the house cleaned? My husband has been really great but I know he's tired of a cluttered/ dirty house.
