Such a Simple Thing- Take Your Meds on Time Daily
This seems like such a small thing but from time to time I will forget to take an antidepressant or some other med and before you know it my mood drops and I'm wondering why Such a simple thing makes so much difference- how many times I've learned this lesson or you will feel better and think I can take less or leave this med off, wrong... another day - same as yesterday
Woke up today, hit the snooze button twice. Dragged myself out of bed, took my daughter to school and came back home. Managed to gather up all the household trash and get it to the curb before the garbage truck came around, but felt like I was forcing myself to do it 'cause I knew if I didn't, nobody else...
