Alright. I know I need help with my depression. I suffered from a stage of depression five years ago that was very severe, but I overcomed it for a good three or so years. Something that might help

My therapist recommended I go to this website and take an assessment to help me see the good things about me, instead of focusing on the bad. It's called positive psychology. The assessment he recommended points out your top 5 strengths of a list of 24, including things like kindness, honesty, wisdom, leadership, etc. I was not... Read more Chevron

don't know what to do.......

It was around 3 oclock in the morning and as I woke I felt all this pressure on my chest. I could not breath. I ran to my girlfriends next door.
