Suicidal thoughts may seem rational at the time, but with the chance to step back and review the whole situation, it can become clear that suicide is not the solution. Attaining this clarity requires the person with suicidal tendencies to take care of themselves – through therapy, medications and support. It is important to take the necessary steps for you to overcome any thoughts of suicide and realize that it is not the only solution to your problems.
