While we're on the subject of shopping it's a good thing to consider your diet. If your basket is full of ready meals there's a good chance your low moods are being fed by your own hand. There's good evidence for a link between diet and depression, so for it to function properly your brain needs a range of proteins, minerals and vitamins that come from fresh foods, vegetables and fruit.
