Taking the antipsychotic med Invega with Paxil doesn't affect Invega's blood levels, a new study suggests. The antidepressant Paxil sometimes interacts badly with antipsychotic meds because Paxil can affect the way the liver processes Invega. But researchers say that their study shows that Invega users can take Paxil without affecting the way Invega works.
