A non-profit group has issued a warning to consumers about bogus claims surrounding the trendy fruit acai berry. The Center for Science in the Public Interest says that companies marketing "free trial offer" of acai berry diet pills have charged $80 and $90 "monthly fees" to credit cards that consumers have had a hard time getting reversed.
