Experts say that the Alzheimer's med Aricept and the sleep medication Rozerem can be taken together without adjusting either meds' dosage. In a recent study, patients who took both medications had no more adverse events than patients who took Aricept alone. Researchers say that because sleep problems often accompany Alzheimer's, it is likely that both medications will be prescribed together for many patients.
