Results from an analysis of clinical trial data for nearly 1,300 patients with Parkinson's disease has found that pramipexole (Mirapexin/Sifrol) may help with the motivational symptoms and depression associated with the disease. Previous data from these trials found that the drug was also effective in controlling motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease patients.
