Some formulations omega-3 fatty acids may help ease depression, a new study suggests. Researchers found that omega-3 supplements containing the right ratio of the fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentenoic acid) appeared to help ease depression symptoms. This finding was reached after researchers analyzed the results of around 15 previous clinical studies on the use of omega-3 supplements.
