Lexapro And Pregnancy

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has asked that two new side
effects be added to the warning labels of some antidepressants,
including Paxil, Effexor, Lexapro, and Zoloft. Some antidepressants
may cause a fatal lung condition in newborns whose mothers took the
drugs while pregnant. The FDA also wants consumers warned about the
possibility of a life-threatening condition called serotonin
syndrome in patients who take antidepressants with some migraine
medicines.
