If you want to prevent age-related weight gain, researchers say you may want to try taking a walk or hopping on a bike. A new study that analyzed data on more than 18,000 premenopausal women and found that they gained, on average, 20 pounds over 16 years, but those who biked or walked regularly were less likely to gain as much.
