A new study published in the journal
Pediatrics has found that asking new mothers three simple
questions is just as good as conventional screening for identifying
postpartum depression. For the study, researchers recruited 199 14
to 26-year-old mothers and had them fill out the standard Edinburgh
Postpartum Depression Scale at doctor visits during the first six
