What Causes Low Self Esteem

Study shows most common depression symptoms

A new report from Irish researchers has found the most common symptoms of depression in people who suffer from that condition. In a survey in Ireland, 32 percent of respondents reported frequent thoughts of death or suicide, 29 percent reported suffering low self esteem, and 28 percent said they suffered from sleep disturbances.
