Study: Insomnia creates other problems for teenagers

A recent study suggests that teenagers who have insomnia may be at a higher risk for other health problems, including drug use and depression. One researcher said that almost half of the adolescents who reported one or more symptoms of insomnia during the initial screening were still having trouble sleeping a year later. The study included 3,134 adolescents from ages 11 to 17 years old.  Read full story >
