Chronic stress leads to poor eating habits: study

U.S. researchers asked 600 women about their eating habits and stress levels and found that those who were under chronic stress were more likely to eat high-fat foods. Investigators also found that these women were more likely to feel as though they lacked control over eating and hunger.  Read full story >
