Flexible Work Schedule Boosts Physical, Mental Health: Study

A review of 10 previously published studies has found that people who have some control of their work schedules have better mental and physical health than people who work a set schedule. The health benefits include lower heart rate, lower blood pressure, better sleep, and less fatigue during the day. Other studies have linked heightened job strain to such conditions as heart disease and depression.
