A review of previous research has found Tai Chi and Qigong exercise routines can offer a number of significant mental and physical health benefits. Researchers found that these two Asian exercise practices offer benefits in terms of cardio-respiratory fitness, bone health, physical function, mental health, fall prevention, and overall quality of life.
