My name is Matt and i am 18 years old. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 14. I was getting ready for my freshman year of highschool. Talk about a scary time! I currently live right outside of philadlephia and attend lower merion high school where i am a senior. I am very open about diabetes so if anyone has question feel free to contact me!
