Hey I'm back, no one remembers me I'm sure I just want to give a quick re-intro post into diabeteens
A little update on me: I was diagnosed a little less than 3 years ago, I'm still in my honey moon period. I'm on the omni pod and I went through DKA which I posted that story on here about 2 ...

Danjo!
Of course I remember you! Your photo three years ago looked much younger (logically :), how are you? Your old posts, there were a couple I recall, are surely still on here.
You're still in your honey-moon period after 3 years? Really?
I am so skeptical of that omnipod...it really doesn't get in the way of moving and exercise and clothing? Having that stuck directly on you like that?
Very nice to hear from you!

Hey, yeah the omni pod is really nice! it can be torn off some times but that doesn't happen often, I do parkour (sorta like free running) so I'm pretty active. its been really nice to me. Yeah I'm doing great, im in good shape (not GREAT but still good) and I still haven't regretted diabetes.

Hi Danjo!
I'm Maggie, and I blog here on diabeteens sometimes. I know some cyclists who love their Omnipods, so I'm glad it's working for you.
I can't believe you're honeymooning, either! Has the honeymoon changed since you were first diagnosed?
It's nice to "meet" you,
Maggie

Yeah my honeymoon has weakened a good amount, but if I was still on the lantis regement then I would only be taking 15(about) units of that. Yeah I was going to do the tour de cure in colorado a while ago but I wasn't ready then. that was before my first year anniversary. Its nice to "meet" you too ^^
