    This is an amazing interview!! Thank you so much for such a detailed conversation!

     

    I especially related to the part about how he keeps his blood sugar between 150 to 220 for the sake of safety over the importance of having "perfect blood sugars." I find when I compete I need to do the same thing to ease my mind.

     

    Thanks for this interview. It's awesome.
