That's one thing I truly hate about lows. Having to drink/eat 60+ minutes after I've already had a big meal because of a low. No wonder so many of us (including me) have a screwy relationship with food!

Yeah! It's like one minute food is our hero (for a low) and the next it's entirely the ENEMY!

This is something new to me but it makes complete sence!I find when I work out I need my bg to be a little higher before starting..then wen Im fifnished exercising my bg is in normal range!Will I still be gainig weight by having my bg slightly higher before starting?Isn't the insulin food exercise balancing act so difficult!xx
