And sure, that might be a little rude, but this is my health. This is my choice. And it is actually much more rude to push someone into doing something they’ve rightfully chosen not to do.

The most important thing to remember about saying “No” and dealing with all the pressure is that you make your own choices. You’re in charge of your own decisions. If you choose to drink, you get to deal with the consequences. If you choose not to drink, then stick up for your decision.
