The Healthy Weight-loss Quiz!

Hey folks,

 

Here is a quiz about the basic but very important steps towards losing weight in a healthy way. There are really no short-cuts to losing weight if you want to keep that weight off.

 

In the past year, I have applied these principles that I learned from a lot of research, from paying close attention to my diabetes and how my body works, and of course from what was taught to me by my trainer, Andrew Berry.
