New Year's Resolutions for a life with Diabetes!

5. Practice thinking positively! The people you see in your life who are consistently upbeat and happy aren’t that way just by mistake! They work towards. When life becomes stressful, they take a deep breath and remind themselves to take it all day by day, do what they can and keep everything in perspective. Encourage yourself with positive quotes or reminders taped to your bathroom mirror or on the wall in your bedroom. When you’re getting frustrated with diabetes, remember and remind yourself that this is a challenge in your life and you can do it. Everyone has challenges, diabetes is ours.
