The International Diabetes Foundation has been working with Mark John Clifford to set the date and get offical recognition of the day. There will be a celebration and you're invited...

Mark has Type 2 diabetes and runs a radio show for everyone with Type 1 or Type 2, etc. Recently, Mark met with Arnold Schwarzenegger about his plans to celebrate on November 6th in Fresno, California...and Mark is also a good buddy of our Type 1 bodybuilding hero, Doug Burns!
This day is for the kids with diabetes, no matter how high or low your A1C is...doesn't matter if your lunch was more candy or more veggies...this day is about YOU!
