my blood sugar trip started when my suger went over 500 and it would not go down even if i took 3 four unit shots my dad ended up takig me to the hospital (the i'v,s don't hurt)

I'm glad to hear you're ok since your DKA trip to the hospital!
Did the doctors explain to you why your 3 four unit injections weren't helping the way you hoped because of the ketones etc.?
It never feels good! Last time I went into DKA was because my pump site had malfunctioned and I didn't notice!
