Hey!As I said in a previous sharepost,I have gotten my hba1c down from 14 to 8!Im really happy with this but I feel weak and have no energy with my bg at a normal level.I have always worked really really hard at school and now its my final year and I have no energy.Im so sown about this because I feel like my future is ruined.
I realise my health comes first but my mental health is being affected.
The only way I can study is if I run my bg high and I know this is so wrong and would reverse all the good work I have been doing but I dont see another option.

Hey -- look at you! Congratulations on the A1C!! That's incredible!
You should be immensely proud of yourself.
As for your low energy and feeling so uncomfortable at a lower BG range -- hold on and be patient. Just as it took you a long time to make those high blood sugars ranges actually comfortable and "normal" to your body, it will take a while for your body to adjust back down to a healthier range.
You can do it! It's about persistence and patience! And those aren't easy things.
"Patience is not passive; on the contrary, it is concentrated strength." - Bruce Lee
You certainly haven't ruined your life, in fact, your latest accomplishments are a sure sign that you are a strong-willed and determined person! I'm serious! I am impressed by you.
If you're feeling zonked and would like some help with nutrition, that can make a huge difference in energy, please let me know.
Either way, you should simply be really proud of yourself and really patient with yourself, too. :) Big changes take time!
