"Ticking Time Bomb"

This just goes to show weight really doesn’t always play a part in high cholesterol, because I’m a pretty active person. So keep those blood sugars under control ladies and gentlemen, because believe me the last thing you want to hear is that you have high cholesterol before you're even 20.

 

Changes won’t happen overnight -- I am aware of this -- but my hope is that through better regulation of my blood sugars (which means checking more) and eating less processed foods (which means taking more time to prepare food) I achieve a lower cholesterol without medication.
