Hey everybody! It has been like a year and a half since I've posted something on here and that's just insane. I just finished up with my third semester of college today and I randomly thought that I hadn't gotten on here in FOREVER. Hopefully now that I have a little downtime over Winter Break I'll have lots of inspiration to write. :)

Little update on myself! I'm now 19, almost 20. I'm a sophomore at the University of Missouri - St. Louis as a double major in Business Management and Dance. I love it! It's just a lot of work. Once I graduate I'll be going into the Event Planning field. I'm a Resident Adviser in my Res Hall (Dorm). I teach dance two nights a week to little kids at a local studio. I intern with the STL chapter of JDRF as their Advocacy Coordinator. My other internship is with a dance convention called The Pulse on Tour. They are based out of NYC, where I've been living in the summer. I travel with them during the school year to different cities all over the country to work the large scale dance events that they put on. It's a blast! As you can tell, I'm SUPER busy! But I couldn't ask for anything better and I feel so blessed daily for everything I'm blessed with. I may work hard for every single thing in my life, but I am always and forever grateful for every thing, person, and opportunity God has placed in my life. Without Him I wouldn't survive Diabetes or life in general.

On a Diabetes note, things have been going okay! It's always a struggle when you add in busy schedules, not a lot of sleep, stress, and everything else into the mix, and my blood sugars sometimes suffer. However, I try to stay on top of everything the best way that I can. :)
