I don't go low during dance practice very often because of my careful planning ahead of time. But when those rare occurances do happen I am very well aware it is happening. Personally I feel my low and high blood sugars extremely well. When my blood sugar rises I drink a lot, have to use the bathroom...

    Hey Shelby,

     

    Great post. Yowza, 17! When I was the lowest I've ever felt I think I was down around there but I didn't even check, I just went straight for the OJ! I was alone, so I'm lucky I could take care of it myself!

     

    Have you ever had a low you couldn't treat on your own?
