    I find that the better I cope with diabetes, the easier it is to control my blood sugar. For me, running and swimming releases stress. Thanks for a great article on an always-pertinent subject :)

    Yeah, I completely agree! Dancing, talking to my best friend, and my close diabetic friends really helps me to keep it straight from day to day. This is such a tough subject to conquer.... :)
