    hey ryan

     

    i was diagnosed less than a year ago and football season is comin up. ive been exercising and workin out but im a little worried about keeping my sugar up during a game, and practice - cuz its not like you can stop in the middle of a game and grab some juice

     

    could you write something about how you keepyour bs up during training and games?
