Well done!First of all I love all of your posts but this really interests me!I often have problems with exercise and its great to know that it happens to others and not to become discourageD!I like the way you put it..its like an experiment and we can get it right!

I have to check myself all the time as I am a runner. I do get lows that are very difficult to deal with. I do try to keep bananas with me as they seem to be best for my fuel. I want to thank you for your inspiration post
