    Wow, Anna, I could learn a lot from you about managing blood sugars and racing! Although you obviously aknowledge the unpredictability of things, and the need to be flexible, you sound so calm about the whole process. I really admire that - usually when I talk/write about my experiences with running/racing/diabetes, I get flustered and give off a sense of hopelessness. Your attitude probably helps a lot.
