    Great blog, Anna. I totally find myself reaching the 200s for no clear reason when I'm truly stressed out or working to the bone, etc. It's hard to remember that we really do become so desensitized to insulin during those times.

    Anna,

    I totally identify with this. My blood sugar changes a lot when I'm stressed and/or super busy. Sometimes it goes down b/c I don't eat as much, and sometimes it spikes when I don't pay as much attention to D because of other things in my life.

    Great post! I think this is an important message for all humans. Stress impacts us so thoroughly, and most of the time we are never even aware of our own reactions or stress levels.  Laughing
