    Hey Anna -- this is an awesome article, because we're often told to limit insulin around exercise, but one of the first things any diabetic or non-diabetic would learn about building muscle (my chosen sport!), is that insulin is the most powerful hormone because it carries the nutrients so they can go build that muscle!
