Congrats on this race!
I use Hammer gels, but I've never tried Perpetuem. I use Endurox drink powder because I've found that the 1:4 protein:carb ratio works well to prevent a spike and drop. It tastes nasty, but it's never caused GI problems.
Are you going to keep racing on the East Coast when you get to college?
