being sick when having diabetes

Sooo, i got sick on Sunday May 2. It sucks. Usually when i get sick my blood goes bonkers but now that i have gotten a better control over my diabetes it stays good! The last time i went to the doctors i was sick again & she didn't believe me. She just thought that i was just bluffing or something. I mean you gotta love doctors right?! haha

Hi Kaitliyn!

Congrats on managing your BG during a more diffcult time! Man, getting sick can sometimes throw my BGs off if I don't prepare for them by adjusting my insulin doses
