Everyone gripes about this- it's so funny!
Just clip it to your underwear- it's usually what I do under any type of dress. But if the dress is really tight and the pump would be visible on your hip then I guess you'd have to figure something else out.

while i used to clip it to my underwear, it would usually pull it down, so that was unfortunately not really an option for me.
