    Hi Jenny!

You're right--it does get easier! Although diabetes can be really frustrating at times, I often thank my diabetes for the self-awareness it has given me. You've also taken an awesome first step: joining a community.

Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or just want to talk. It's great to see you here!

Yeah I thank my diabetes a lot too. It does sometimes get annoying. Then you do have to look at it because when I didn't have diabetes I would not go out and excercise or watch what I ate at all.Undecided Then again I have to thank my family because they help me on everything!

Okay, so it's not the coolest club to be a part of, but Welcome to the DIabetes Club :) It's definitely a scary club at first, but I promise it doesn't have to be that way forever.

Maggie is right, you're already looking for support and knowledge by coming onto here so you're on the right road! i can tell you that the main thing that has made my life with diabetes so much easier are two things:

    1. I'm always trying to learn more about my blood sugars and my body and why it responds to certain things one way or another...and 2. I'm not angry at my diabetes! This is part of my life. It's a challenge in my life and we ALL have challenges.

Please write again soon! Maybe about the hardest parts of diabetes so far?
