Hello everyone

Hiya, Im 22 and have been a diabetic for 3 years + but have been controlled by tablets, untill recently, i have been told that I have to go onto insulin.

ASK GINGER - Can I just test out the low-carb diet for a few days and see what happens?

The Thanksgiving Party

Today we just got back from a party we went. We had to sleep over at a family members house. My bg was all over the place! Plus i wasn't hungry the whole time i was there.
