i have had diabetes for over ten years

please help me with dieting and losing weight.

Hi i am 15 years old and i have been on a pump foa about five months an dit has lowerd my a1c from a 8 somthing to 7.5 and i need to lose some weight and my health is very impotian to me and i could use some help and i am trying to eat no more than 1500 but i could use some advice thanks
