Possible Diabetic + Birth Control

Hello I am seventeen and i took only a urine test to get my birth control but then dr tells me my sugar was high (122) & it should be 105-110 I ate hot cheetos 20 min before test. Could i really be diabetic? if so any birth controls pills available
