Whoa! Where does this irrational anger come from?

Wow! Anger. is that a huge issue for anyone else? I have been diagnosed bp for about 5 years. Yummy stuff

It seems so easy to focus on what we shouldn't eat that it's hard to focus on the good stuff. I for one just love Fannie May vanilla butter creams and know I shouldn't make a habit of eating them.
