Finding a way to encourage others to both understand and believe in a new point of view may not be enough to propel them into action. Individuals must actually care about what they believe if their belief is going to get them to change. - My goal is to get clients to care about and believe in themselves. They are worth it!

helping my 13 yo overweight begin a sustainable workout program
My son just turned 13. He is overweight, and not very active phycically. He wants to begin going to the gym with me and I want to get him off on the right track to sustain a program for life. I have started him with stretching and walking, throwing in 10 crunches/day. I need help on keeping him focused, interested, and making it fun.
